Returns & Cancellations

Wine Returns

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed and that you therefore find unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that you ordered in error. Please send an email to tastingbar@saracina.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed bottle of wine.

Once we receive the bottle, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling charges. If the original shipment packaging was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact our tasting room at 707.670.0199 or email tastingbar@saracina.com for return instructions.

Cancellation of Wine Club Membership

Your wine club membership will continue until you notify us to cancel your membership via email or in writing. We must receive your cancellation or change request to club shipments via email to tastingbar@saracina.com or in writing at least 15 days prior to the shipment month (i.e., February, June, and October).  There is no charge to join a club, but we do ask for a one-year commitment.  Should you wish to cancel before the third shipment, there will be a $65 cancellation fee.

Wine Club Membership “Holds”

We understand that situations may arise in which you need to suspend your wine club membership temporarily. We can place your membership on hold for up to two shipments. Your account will then be automatically reactivated unless you contact us to request an extension. Please note that the wine club member benefits you enjoy will be suspended as well during the “hold” period.

Wine Club Shipment Refunds

We are unable to refund a wine club order once it has been shipped. 

Event Ticket Cancellations

To avoid being charged for event tickets which you have ordered, you must notify us in writing, via email to tastingbar@saracina.com, or via telephone call to 707.670.0199 at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. We are unable to refund event ticket purchases less than 14 days prior to an event.
